As a part of a renovation project for our house, we visited Eco German Kitchens showroom following an internet search. We were very impressed with the quality, design and cost of the systems, and also with the professionalism of their Team.

The briefing process was very robust, as was their site analysis and care over client needs and preferences.
The installation of the kitchen was expertly achieved, with Eco German Kitchens overseeing every aspect.
We are absolutely delighted with the kitchen and its striking colours; a new heart for the house.

We found working with Eco German Kitchens a real pleasure.
Whilst working with 2 other building contractors on our home refurbishment project it was refreshing to have a company that were professional from conception to completion.

After 3 meetings, Sabine designed our amazing kitchen and helped with really important factors like window placement, flooring type and wall postioning, as the kitchen was the main focus of our extension project.

We had a concept of what we wanted to achieve and we really loved the product Eco had in the showroom.
We were genuinely excited to be working with the team at Eco.

We had a really tight deadline, which was booked months in advance, Eco were right on time with the installation team.
When they arrived the design had to change slightly due to fabrication of the new extension. Again this was no problem for Eco as the professional installers and Sabine provided 2 solutions, both were really nice, so again this proved vital to the look off the project.

The kitchen came in on budget, we felt it was important to disclose our intentions early on, as our whole refurb project was very costly.
As the kitchen was our main focus point, we were adamant it had to meet budget and tick all the boxes.

Eco returned some months later due to a product fault, the product manufacture responded same day and the Eco installer replaced the faulty product as soon as it arrived with us.

The kitchen looks amazing and works seamlessly, the design suits us perfectly and its a real joy to use.

The whole team have been fabulous and we would definitely recommend them. The customer service has been fantastic and we really wish them the best.

We are absolutely delighted with our Eco Kitchen. When we first visited the showroom we were so impressed with the kitchens, we were looking for something with a definite wow factor and we certainly got that.. We didn’t really have a clear where to start, we were asked a few questions about what we definitely did or didn’t want and from that a plan was drawn up – which actually really captured what we wanted.

Throughout the design process, Aggie and Sabine completely understood our taste and the finished kitchen couldn’t be any better. The quality of the units and the appliances is fantastic, the fitters did a great job and the attention to detail was faultless. We had delays with our building project, and our on-going dialogue with Eco meant that the kitchen was installed exactly when we needed it to be.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Eco to any of my friends and family (in fact we already have)! We wanted a wow kitchen which was the centrepiece to the house, and we certainly got that. So a massive THANK YOU to the team at Eco for getting it 100% spot on.

From the moment we walked into Eco German Kitchens the experience we had was excellent. Aggie’s friendly welcome and her care in helping with the choice of design, appliances and colour schemes put us at ease and gave us real confidence. This was matched by Jeff’s visits to our home, careful assessment and measuring of the space and suggestions that followed from that. The final stage was managed in the same friendly, non-pressured and personally tailored manner by Sabine, fine tuning and pointing out alternatives in the design. The installation of the kitchen by Dave was carried out to the highest standard and with meticulous care. The very few problems that arose (there are always one or two in such a big project) were handled sensitively and with the same personal touch. The kitchen looks terrific, our friends think it is wonderful (so do we) and one or two are following this up. Just go and try it for yourself.

On our first visit  to the Eco showroom in Winchester we were immediately impressed with the level of good service and assistance. A very professional approach to the detailed layout of the units and appliances and going the ‘extra mile’ to achieve what we believe to be superb results – nothing was too much trouble.

The kitchen continues to impress visitors to the house and is a true reflection and compliment to the quality and style that Eco have introduced.

The showroom houses lots of good ideas many of which we have adopted – but there are many more brilliant functions once you start to look at the contents of the kitchens.

They also use probably one of the best kitchen fitters we have met – even our builders were impressed by him !
